Tony Harris – NASM CPT & ACE Certified Health Coach
Tony’s interest in Personal Training was sparked when he was wrestling for JMU and wanted to learn how to approach physical fitness in a more customized way. With over 30 years of Personal Training experience, Tony’s clients have set national and world records for powerlifting, been granted athletic scholarships, and placed first in dozens of bodybuilding championships. Tony also specializes in pre- and post-surgical rehab, health coaching, and empowering clients to make sustainable lifestyle and nutritional choices. He loves seeing his clients become confident in their strength and achieve goals they didn’t think were possible.

Ryan’s passion for personal training began with her own weight loss journey, which transformed her mental health, confidence, and overall lifestyle. Inspired to help others do the same, she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
She specializes in exercise form, strength training, muscular growth, and body recomposition—while helping clients build sustainable habits that support their goals. Matt Stevens
Coach Matt Stevens specializes in sports performance and helping clients build strong, lean, athletic bodies. With a background in sports and exercise science, he creates personalized programs that deliver results—without extreme dieting or hours in the gym.
His approach combines training, nutrition, and accountability to support each client’s unique goals. Whether you’re looking to elevate performance, regain your athletic edge, or start your fitness journey, Matt provides the structure and support to get you there.
David Tepper
David brings over five years of personal training experience with certifications in senior fitness, nutrition, sports performance, and TRX. He has extensive experience working with special populations, including those with autism, Parkinson’s, and post-rehab recovery. With over 15 years in combat sports—including MMA, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (black belt), Judo, and Muay Thai—David combines physical training with a background in psychology to help clients stay motivated and reach their full potential.
