Jon Ces – NASM CPT
Jon Ces is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PPSC Pain-Free Performance Specialist with 13 years of experience in fitness and wellness. Dedicated to helping clients achieve peak performance and a pain-free life, Jon combines expertise in nutrition, mobility, and strength conditioning with personalized coaching and accountability.
Ryan Corridon – NASM CPT
Ryan’s interest in personal training was sparked after her own weight loss journey which led to drastic improvements in her mental health, confidence, and the way she viewed life. After learning how to weight train properly and more about nutrition, she realized that she wanted to help other people turn their lives around in a similar way and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and recently, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Ryan specializes in coaching exercise form and quality of movement, muscular hypertrophy (growth), heavy weightlifting, and body recompositioning, ALL with an emphasis on building a lifestyle with habits that supports each clients’ personal goals and needs. She works best with clients who are looking to drastically improve their strength or physique or clients new to fitness who would like to improve their lifestyle or mental health. Mary Gould – NASM CPT
Mary has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has experience training all age groups and fitness levels. She specializes in strength training, sports conditioning, and goal setting, focusing on helping clients set and achieve personalized goals and gain confidence throughout their fitness journey. Mary has played multiple sports and has even practiced martial arts, such as Krav Maga! She fell in love with weight lifting soon after and strives to help other people find their full potential through fitness.
Tony Harris – NASM CPT & ACE Certified Health Coach
Tony’s interest in Personal Training was sparked when he was wrestling for JMU and wanted to learn how to approach physical fitness in a more customized way. With over 30 years of Personal Training experience, Tony’s clients have set national and world records for powerlifting, been granted athletic scholarships, and placed first in dozens of bodybuilding championships. Tony also specializes in pre- and post-surgical rehab, health coaching, and empowering clients to make sustainable lifestyle and nutritional choices. He loves seeing his clients become confident in their strength and achieve goals they didn’t think were possible.
Curtis Hottle – NASM CPT & INHC
Curtis is a holistic health development coach who is focused on behavior change and accommodating and including special populations to help people become the best version of themselves. He holds certifications as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Kickboxing Instructor, and Special Populations Exercise Specialist. Curtis previously worked in a physical therapy clinic and has practiced mixed martial arts for 10 years. He believes that anyone could be happy and healthy as long as they remain consistent and committed to their health journey.
Rachel Jenkins – NASM CPT
Rachel is a former softball and volleyball athlete and discovered her love for lifting during college, where she studied Integrative Biology at Christopher Newport University. Post Grad, she realized that fitness was her passion and she earned her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Spots Medicine. With a solid foundation of health sciences and experience coaching high school volleyball and working in a cardiac rehab center, Rachel specializes in strength training. Rachel is very passionate about helping people meet their goals as well as find a healthy balance with exercise and everyday life.

Bill has a lifetime of experience as an athlete, coach, and mentor in various sports — competitively and recreationally, such as powerlifting, martial arts, rugby, and soccer. His experience of providing instruction spans students and athletes with varying abilities, age, and skill levels in both group and individual settings.
His philosophy promotes exercise and movement being the key to longevity and a healthy lifestyle. However, exercise must be appropriately fit to individual objectives, skills, and abilities. Bill focuses his instruction on strength training, powerlifting, and general fitness.
