Ryan Corridon – NASM CPT
Ryan’s interest in personal training was sparked after her own weight loss journey which led to drastic improvements in her mental health, confidence, and the way she viewed life. After learning how to weight train properly and more about nutrition, she realized that she wanted to help other people turn their lives around in a similar way and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and recently, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Ryan specializes in coaching exercise form and quality of movement, muscular hypertrophy (growth), heavy weightlifting, and body recompositioning, ALL with an emphasis on building a lifestyle with habits that supports each clients’ personal goals and needs. She works best with clients who are looking to drastically improve their strength or physique or clients new to fitness who would like to improve their lifestyle or mental health. Tony Harris – NASM CPT & ACE Certified Health Coach
Tony’s interest in Personal Training was sparked when he was wrestling for JMU and wanted to learn how to approach physical fitness in a more customized way. With over 30 years of Personal Training experience, Tony’s clients have set national and world records for powerlifting, been granted athletic scholarships, and placed first in dozens of bodybuilding championships. Tony also specializes in pre- and post-surgical rehab, health coaching, and empowering clients to make sustainable lifestyle and nutritional choices. He loves seeing his clients become confident in their strength and achieve goals they didn’t think were possible.

Ross Manley
A former football player, Ross has coached almost every sport possible — baseball, football, wrestling, swimming, basketball, lacrosse, you name it, he’s coached it. After his sports streak, Ross turned his coaching expertise to Personal Training and has 12 years of experience under his belt. Specializing in weight training and sports conditioning, Ross strives to educate his clients on the mind / body connection and loves being able to help them reach their full potential in the gym. Ross also provides meal planning guidance to help clients achieve optimal results.![]()
Isiah Matthews – NASM CPT
Isiah is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over three years of hands-on lifting experience. Having navigated both the challenges of being overweight and underweight in his own journey, he deeply understands the physical and mental hurdles that come with body transformation. This personal experience fuels his passion for guiding others through their own fitness journeys. Isiah specializes in creating personalized training programs that not only deliver results but also emphasize building sustainable habits for lasting change. His approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of fitness, combining strength, conditioning, and mindset to help clients achieve their goals and become the best versions of themselves, both inside and out.![]()
Matt Noble – NASM CPT
Matt became interested in personal training after he lost 20 pounds while working with a trainer and seeing the benefit on his physical and mental health. What started as a part time side job quickly became his passion and he made the decision to pursue personal training full time. He places a high emphasis on corrective exercise (NASM-CES certification) and quality of movement while incorporating proper nutrition into his programs for clients (Precision Nutrition certification). With over a decade of experience in the industry, he has worked with all ages and skill levels and loves helping people reach their goals!![]()
Matt Stevens
Hi, I’m Coach Matt Stevens, I specialize in sports performance and guiding individuals to rediscover their athletic, lean, and strong bodies. With a background in sports and exercise science, I emphasize personalized training programs that allow clients to focus on hitting their goals without giving up their favorite foods and spending hours in the gym. Understanding that each person’s journey is unique, I tailor my programs to be the full solution by including training, nutrition, and accountability outside of our sessions. By fostering a supportive and motivating environment, I aim to empower clients to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and finally build their strong lean self. Whether you’re looking to be an athlete, regain your former athletic-self, or embark on a new fitness journey, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.

David Tepper
David has been a personal trainer for over five years and holds specialty certifications in senior fitness, nutritional coaching, sports performance, and TRX training. He also has an extensive history working with special populations, including but not limited to autism, Parkinson’s, stroke patients, and those rehabbing from major surgery. David has also trained, coached, and competed in MMA (5-1 record), wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (black belt), Judo, and Muay Thai for over 15 years. Having also obtained a degree in psychology from GMU, David embraces the challenge of finding a client’s motivation, and helping them reach their full potential through fitness. He realizes everyone has different goals. Whether it’s to look better, feel better, compete better, he works with his clients to create a customized plan to reach their goals.
