Ryan Corridon – NASM CPT

Ryan’s interest in personal training was sparked after her own weight loss journey which led to drastic improvements in her mental health, confidence, and the way she viewed life. After learning how to weight train properly and more about nutrition, she realized that she wanted to help other people turn their lives around in a similar way and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and recently, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Ryan specializes in coaching exercise form and quality of movement, muscular hypertrophy (growth), heavy weightlifting, and body recompositioning, ALL with an emphasis on building a lifestyle with habits that supports each clients’ personal goals and needs. She works best with clients who are looking to drastically improve their strength or physique or clients new to fitness who would like to improve their lifestyle or mental health. Mary Gould – NASM CPT

Mary has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has experience training all age groups and fitness levels. She specializes in strength training, sports conditioning, and goal setting, focusing on helping clients set and achieve personalized goals and gain confidence throughout their fitness journey. Mary has played multiple sports and has even practiced martial arts, such as Krav Maga! She fell in love with weight lifting soon after and strives to help other people find their full potential through fitness. 

Tony Harris – NASM CPT & ACE Certified Health Coach 

Tony’s interest in Personal Training was sparked when he was wrestling for JMU and wanted to learn how to approach physical fitness in a more customized way. With over 30 years of Personal Training experience, Tony’s clients have set national and world records for powerlifting, been granted athletic scholarships, and placed first in dozens of bodybuilding championships. Tony also specializes in pre- and post-surgical rehab, health coaching, and empowering clients to make sustainable lifestyle and nutritional choices. He loves seeing his clients become confident in their strength and achieve goals they didn’t think were possible.

Curtis Hottle – NASM CPT & INHC

Curtis is a holistic health development coach and holds National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Special Population Specialist, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Kickboxing Instructor Certifications. Curtis has been practicing mixed martial arts for over 10 years and has professional experience working in a physical therapy clinic. When creating personalized programs, Curtis takes a comprehensive approach to training, considering not only the physical body, but the spirit, and helps his clients overcome and better understand dietary cultural norms. Curtis believes anyone can be active and healthy, especially special populations, and strives to provide his clients with consistency and commitment through his training programs. 

Rachel Jenkins – NASM CPT

Rachel is a former softball and volleyball athlete and discovered her love for lifting during college, where she studied Integrative Biology at Christopher Newport University. Post Grad, she realized that fitness was her passion and she earned her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Spots Medicine. With a solid foundation of health sciences and experience coaching high school volleyball and working in a cardiac rehab center, Rachel specializes in strength training. Rachel is very passionate about helping people meet their goals as well as find a healthy balance with exercise and everyday life.

Ross Manley

A former football player, Ross has coached almost every sport possible — baseball, football, wrestling, swimming, basketball, lacrosse, you name it, he’s coached it. After his sports streak, Ross turned his coaching expertise to Personal Training and has 12 years of experience under his belt. Specializing in weight training and sports conditioning, Ross strives to educate his clients on the mind / body connection and loves being able to help them reach their full potential in the gym. Ross also provides meal planning guidance to help clients achieve optimal results. 

Matt Noble – NASM CPT

Matt became interested in personal training after he lost 20 pounds while working with a trainer and seeing the benefit on his physical and mental health. What started as a part time side job quickly became his passion and he made the decision to pursue personal training full time. He places a high emphasis on corrective exercise (NASM-CES certification) and quality of movement while incorporating proper nutrition into his programs for clients (Precision Nutrition certification). With over a decade of experience in the industry, he has worked with all ages and skill levels and loves helping people reach their goals!

Jack Nguyen

 Jack began his fitness career while playing lacrosse in college. As an athlete, he learned the intricacies of coaching for strength training and nutrition and discovered that his genuine love was in the act of bettering oneself and general welfare. Over the last 6 years, Jack has participated in three bodybuilding competitions and two powerlifting events in addition to helping his clients reach their fitness and health goals. Jack believes “The difference between who you are and who you want to be is what you do” but understands that with how busy life can be, it can be difficult to prioritize your own health and well-being. He’s here to help his clients develop an effective and sustainable plan that fits their goals and way of life. 

David Tepper

David has been a personal trainer for over five years and holds specialty certifications in senior fitness, nutritional coaching, sports performance, and TRX training. He also has an extensive history working with special populations,including but not limited to autism, Parkinson’s, stroke patients, and those rehabbing from major surgery. David has also trained, coached, and competed in MMA (5-1 record), wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (black belt), Judo, and Muay Thai for over 15 years. Having also obtained a degree in psychology from GMU, David embraces the challenge of finding a client’s motivation, and helping them reach their full potential through fitness. He realizes everyone has different goals. Whether it’s to look better, feel better, compete better, he works with his clients to create a customized plan to reach their goals.
